We start with classic German styles, use as much traditional malt and noble hop varieties as we can source, then add some heritage inspired malts & hops for that New World experience. The result — a modern interpretation of classic styles, informed by tradition and place. And all of our beers are unfiltered for full flavor.

HERITAGE HOPS WITH COMPLEX MALT CHARACTER. 5.3% ABV

DUNKEL

A RICH HAZEL COLORED GERMAN-STYLE DUNKEL BEER. FULL BODIED,
DARK BREWER’S MALTS WITH A SUBTLE SMOKINESS COMBINED WITH A TOUCH OF SPICY HOPS. 5.2%ABV

WEISSBIER

A DEEP GOLD BAVARIAN-STYLE WEISSBIER. FLOOR-MALTED WHEAT MALT AND CENTRAL EUROPEAN PILSENER MALT FERMENTED WITH A TRADITIONAL WEISSBIER YEAST STRAIN. 5.5% ABV

MAIBOCK

A DEEP GOLDEN, MALTY GERMAN-STYLE MAIBOCK. FLOOR MALTED CZECH PILS MALT USED IN A TRADITIONAL DECOCOTION MASH IS BALANCED BY A NOBLE HOP BITTERNESS, HERITAGE FLAVOR HOPS, AND OUR LOCAL ST. CROIX VALLEY WILD AROMA HOPS. 6.3% ABV

HOPFEN ALE

A DEEP COPPER COLORED GERMAN PALE ALE MADE WITH DECOCTED CONTINENTAL MALTS AND AMPLE NOBLE AND HERITAGE HOPS. THE SMOOTH FULL-BODIED MALT FLAVOR GIVES WAY TO A HOPPY FINISH. 4.8% ABV

BERLINER

A GOLD, BERLINER-STYLE WEISSE. DECOCTION MASHED, KETTLE SOURED WITH A LACTOBACILLUS STRAIN, AND FERMENTED WITH SOUR ALE YEAST. DRINK IT STRAIGHT OR ADD ONE OF OUR BREWERY-MADE FRUIT SYRUPS. 5.4% ABV
