The essential German combination of “Wurst und Bier” is celebrated at Waldmann originating in 1857 and now again in 2017. Crafted with pride and with ingredients that would not be unfamiliar to Anthony Waldmann. “Natural” because that is sensible then and now. “Local” because that was and is the most practical answer. Our wurst is manufactured locally by Wurstmachers dedicated to the craft.
